Business Transformation Enablement Program (BTEP)
The purpose of BTEP is to provide a business transformation toolkit enabling rigorous strategic planning and integrated strategic design across governments supporting interoperability and integration. BTEP aims to help departments and agencies improve the reliability and consistency of transformation across governments with a more thorough, standardized approach for program and service alignment and business design that promotes design efficiency and reusability, as well as for transformation project planning and implementation.

BTEP is a set of tools to help government executives, managers and service transformation teams, design new and better ways to deliver programs and services.
The tools work equally well for internal services or programs and services for external clients. Any initiative to change the way business is done in government and improve the delivery of services, at any stage, can benefit from one or more of the tools in the BTEP Toolkit.
