• Overall impressions of CRIC were positive. Participants saw value in the tool in assisting them in planning for their retirement, and many indicated they also learned something using it. The look and feel of the site was also positive.
• The tool was perceived to be comprehensive, simple to use, and relevant to their needs.
• Participants are less satisfied with the lengths of certain text in the tool, and specific usability issues which caused frustration/confusion.
• The amount of content and level of language used was found to be good.
