Citizen’s First 5 is the latest in a series of world-class research studies looking at understanding how the public perceives the quality of public services they have recently received, what expectations they have of government when receiving services in Canada, and how governments in Canada can improve service delivery. The report will focus on these issues and more, and provide public sector managers with practical suggestions on what they can do to meet the customer’s expectations.
Citizen’s First 5 will be fielded from October-December 2007. More than 6,000 Canadians across the country will participate via mail and Internet. Results will be published in Spring 2008. Watch for updates on our website over the coming months as the project progresses.
