The mission of the ICCS is to promote high levels of citizen satisfaction with public-sector service delivery. In support of this, we have created a repository of leading practices on citizen-centred public service delivery.

The ICCS Research Repository contains work produced, sponsored or submitted by members of the public sector. It is accessible to everyone, and whenever available and/or permitted, a link to the full digital version will be provided.
