We are pleased to announce Lin Zhu was appointed to Executive Director of the ICCS as of April 1, 2024. She has a wealth of experience from her tenure at the City of Toronto, where she served as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer, overseeing initiatives that drove the City’s digital strategy forward to better serve its three million residents.
